At DCM, we believe that true sustainable growth is only possible when we care for nature and the people we work with. That is why sustainability is embedded in what we do: in the products we develop, the processes we continuously improve, and the partnerships we strengthen every day.
With our first ESG report, we are taking an important step towards greater transparency. We show how we work, the progress we are making and where we aim to improve further. Our reporting is based on the three ESG pillars: Environmental, Social and Governance:
Environmental
We are committed to reducing our ecological footprint through circular raw materials, smart use of energy and water, and innovative solutions that contribute to healthy soils and strong plants.
Social
We invest in a safe workplace and in the well-being and development of our employees.
Governance
We are committed to transparency, ethical conduct and responsible decision-making. We continue to build robust systems to report our impact fully and reliably.
We are already to a significant extent aligned with relevant ESG criteria. At the same time, we recognise that we do not yet meet all requirements. We continue to develop clear data flows and governance structures to ensure even more comprehensive and accurate reporting of our impact.
For us, sustainability is a journey of continuous progress.
