DCM ECOR®: organic lawn fertilization, with MINIGRAN® Technology

With the ECOR® line, DCM offers a range of 100% organic fertilisers for professional gardeners providing garden design and maintenance. These fertilisers can also be for gardens of customers who prefer fully organic lawn and garden maintenance.

The DCM ECOR® line includes a complete range of professional organic lawn fertilisers that meet the requirements of organic agriculture. The fertilisers only contain raw materials of plant and animal origin that are approved for organic growing. With DCM ECOR®, it is perfectly possible to fertilize lawns 100% organically and ecologically, while maintaining the same quality.

Long duration of action

ECOR® stands for ‘Efficient Controlled Organic Release’ and indicates a continuous and controlled duration of action for 75 to 100 days. This duration of action has been measured and proven by various laboratories and in practice. With 2 or 3 fertilizations, plants can be sufficiently fed for an entire growing season.

100% organic raw materials

By using by-products from the food industry, DCM makes them return to nature. Each raw material contained in the ECOR® fertilisers has a specific nutritional value and its own nutrient release pattern. This allows DCM to formulate a suitable fertiliser for every application. Moreover, the natural conversion of ECOR® organic fertilisers in the soil stimulates the development of a rich, varied and active microbial life for the lawn.

Even distribution

Thanks to the unique DCM MINIGRAN® Technology, each fertiliser granule contains the same amount of nutrients. Several tests have shown that MINIGRAN® Technology granules enable up to 60% more efficient distribution compared to conventional fertilisers in pellet- or crumble-form.

The fine granules fall deep into the turf, coming into direct contact with the soil for a fast effect. This also means that the fertiliser is not picked up while mowing. The result ? An optimal, even distribution over the lawn and a uniform growth (and colour!), without growth peaks.
