1. Raw materials from nature

For the production of its fertilisers, DCM selects from more than 30 raw materials of animal and vegetal origin. By using by-product flows from the food industry, DCM gives these 'waste' products a second life. Each raw material has a specific nutritional value and releases its nutrients (N-P-K) at its own pace. Mineral nutrients can be added to the organic nutrients to achieve a good starting effect or to enrich the formula with specific nutrients (Mg, Fe...). In this way, DCM can compose a suitable fertiliser for each type of crop.

2. Continuous and controlled release

By combining a wide range of different organic raw materials in one single formula a continuous and controlled duration of action lasting several months is achieved. After applying DCM fertilisers in MINIGRAN^® Technology, the plants and crops are thus supplied with nutrients on a daily basis. DCM fertilisers leach up to 4 times less than pure chemical fertilisers! In this way, there is no loss of nutrients and ground and surface water are not polluted by leached nutrients (such as nitrogen, phosphate or potassium).

The size of the fertiliser granules is very important for efficient fertilization. Several tests have shown that fertilisers in MINIGRAN^® Technology ensure an up to 60% more efficient distribution, compared to traditional fertilisers in pellet or crumble-form. The small size of the MINIGRAN^® granules allows accurate and very precise dosing. This precision fertilization provides the plants with nutrients wherever needed. Thanks to the fine granules, all the roots can come in contact with the nutrients. The result? A better branched root system, efficient use of nutrients and homogeneous growth and colour.

4. Better root development
