DCM Xtra-MIX® 1 in blueberry cultivation: optimum basic fertilization

DCM Xtra-MIX® 1 NPK 16-3-8 is an organo-mineral fertiliser composed of a wide range of raw materials. The raw materials all have their specific nutritional value and release pattern: the mineral elements are released first, ensuring a quick start. The organic raw materials in combination with the long-acting mineral part (urea formaldehyde) ensure a long duration of action of up to 4-5 months.

DCM Xtra-MIX® 1 ensures good leaf development, good fruit set and excellent fruit quality. When applied in early spring, the mineral raw materials are released in time for the first stage of development. The organic raw materials in combination with the long-acting mineral part ensure a long-lasting effect and even growth without growth stagnation or growth peaks.

Thanks to the limited proportion of mineral nutrients, DCM Xtra-MIX® 1 does not bring in excessive salts. This makes it an ideal basic fertiliser when additional fertilization is carried out through fertigation. It is this combination that ensures optimal growth with strong, vigorous blueberry plants. The fertiliser also contains 32% organic matter, which stimulates soil life development.
