How to apply DCM STARTEC®?

Produced with MINIGRAN^® TECHNOLOGY, a unique micro-granulation process, DCM STARTEC® comes in the form of granules with dimensions between 1000 and 2000 microns. This also means that all the granules have exactly the same composition and can be spread evenly and accurately in the seed row. This makes DCM STARTEC® easy to apply with a microgranule spreader: the fertiliser falls directly near the seed, so the young roots receive all the nutrients they need. Moreover sowing and fertilizing can be combined in 1 single operation. Thanks to the application of DCM STARTEC® with a microgranule spreader, a lower fertiliser dosage per ha can be used, which is good for the environment, your annual nutrient balance and phosphate levels.
